An Educationist by profession, Dr. Prasadam served as youth pastor with the English Methodist Church (MCI) Jabalpur. As a student, he was involved in rural church planting and urban youth work. He has a Ph.D. and a Th.M. from Princeton Theological Seminary, a PG diploma in Counseling from Manav Vikas Kendra, United Theological College, Bangalore, a B.D. from Leonard Theological College, Jabalpur, and a B.Th. from Southern Asia Bible College, Bangalore.

Col. Cheriyan’s life and work in the army have been influenced by his faith. He has diplomas in Business Management for Executives, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad; in Higher Ordnance Management, College of Materials Management, Jabalpur; in Advanced Materials Management, College of Materials Management; Jabalpur, in Automated Data Processing, Military College of Telecommunication Engineering, Mhow; and a BA from the National Defence Academy/Jawaharlal Nehru University, Pune, 1975.

Before establishing Sparsh, Timothy served as a Program Director, Bombay Teen Challenge, Mumbai. He has a B.Th. from Southern Asia Bible College, an M.A. in Philosophy and M.Phil. in Peacemaking in Ghandian Thought from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai.

Sparsh Vision
To build a community of hope, where transformation is the watchword, for women and children who have been trafficked, for street children, and for persons with addiction problems. Our aim is to help them to become self-reliant people of character; healthy, dignified, and able to obtain a sustainable quality of life while providing their shelter, education, skills training, and spiritual guidance.
